loopback - backborn on Win7 (루프백 만들기)

The Microsoft Loopback adapter is a testing tool for avirtual network environment where network access is not available. You can bind network clients, protocols, and other network configuration items to the Loopback adapter, and you can install the network adapter driver or network adapter later while retaining the networkconfiguration information. You can also install the Loopback adapter during the unattended installationprocess.

To installa  Microsoft Loopback adapter in WIndows 7
1. Click Start – Search for cmd, right-click cmd and select “Run as Administrator”
2. From the command prompt, run “hdwwiz.exe“. This should launch the “Add Hardware Wizard“. Click Next.
hddwiz1
3. Select “Install the hardware that I manually select from a list (Advanced)” and click Next.
hddwiz2
4. Now from the list select Network Adapters and click Next.
hddwiz3
5. Under Manufacturers, select Microsoft and select “Microsoft Loopback Adapter” under Network Adapter and click Next. This should start the installation. Click Finish when the installation completes.
hddwiz4 hddwiz5
hddwiz6
To confirm the loopback adapter installed, right-click Computer, select properties. Click Device Manager and expand Network Adapters and you can see the Loopback adapter installed there.

gns3 remote system refused connection on WIN7 64bits

If you try the above, SecureCRT WILL launch, but you will get "The remote system refused the connection"

- Disabling Windows 7 firewall in all areas may be part of your problem, but it shouldn't be if it is configured correctly, still you can try disabling all sections of it: home network + Public Networks + Domain Networks

If you try changing your telnet client to Putty.exe you will note it works just fine. So this suggests it is some kind of SecureCRT problem. If you want to use Putty, try something like: start C:\Progra~2\Putty\putty.exe -telnet %h %p - This works in Win7 x64 bit

THE REAL PROBLEMS (& Solution):
The real problem is that for whatever reasons in Win7x64 bit w/64bit SecureCRT.exe you do NOT need any "securecrt.vbs" script at all, nor any very long path with many parameters. All you need is something like:
start

C:\Progra~1\Vandyk~1\SecureCRT\SecureCRT.exe /telnet %h %p... and restart GNS3 ...

it *may* just work!

If it does not, it is likely because your "%h" (host parameter) = the DNS "localhost", and likely it resolves to an IPV6 IP of: ::1:and Dynamips or something isn't working with this and so you will require an IPv4 address instead, so just change out %h for 127.0.0.1 and Voila, it works!!!

WORKING SOLUTION:
start C:\Progra~1\Vandyk~1\SecureCRT\SecureCRT.exe /telnet 127.0.0.1 %p

AND IT FINALLY WORKED!!!!!!!!!!!

GNS3 error : ip nat inside

When i try to configrue NAT, #ip nat inside or outside, I got the following errors

% NBAR ERROR: due to memory problem, parsing stopped
% NBAR Error : Activation failed due to insufficient dynamic memory
% NBAR Error: Stile could not add protocol node

to solve the problem, I expand router's RAM size(for example, upto 256M)

- Right click on your router
- Select Configure
- Click on the Router name in the Left hand pane
- Click the Memories and Disks tab

Screen shot 2011-02-03 at 11.13.58 AM.png

- change the RAM size to 256M

and then save configuration and reload...
